In over 20 years as a design and communications partner with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Diane fulfilled many roles with the hotel and resort company now synonymous with luxury hospitality. She was instrumental in creating the marketing design platform – applied across all marketing collateral and customer-facing hotel print pieces – that took Four Seasons from a North American to a global luxury brand.
She also redesigned and managed the Four Seasons worldwide directory, produced annually in eight languages, and profiling 75+ properties in 30 countries. This monumental project required coordination with all properties, existing and new, as well as native translators, editors, and client approvals.
And she initiated, project managed and created the company's first online image library system (10,000+ images at launch; now much larger), still used by corporate, marketing, advertising, public relations and HR. Work ranged from categorizing the brand assets to developing an intuitive, flexible user interface.
She has produced and art directed dozens of photo shoots in various locations across the globe.
