In over 20 years as a design and communications partner with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Diane fulfilled many roles with the hotel and resort company now synonymous with luxury hospitality. She was instrumental in creating the marketing design platform – applied across all marketing collateral and customer-facing hotel print pieces – that took Four Seasons from a North American to a global luxury brand. She also redesigned and managed the Four Seasons worldwide directory, produced annually in eight languages, and profiling 75+ properties in 30 countries. And she initiated, project managed and created the company’s first online image library system used by corporate, marketing, advertising, public relations and HR. She has produced and art directed dozens of photo shoots in various locations across the globe.
